Doral Gardens

Doral Gardens, legally known as the Reserve at Doral, was constructed in two distinct sections between 1999 to 2002. Many of the homes have been updated.

The entrance to the east section of 58 zero lot homes is from 107th Avenue with an exit gate to 109th Avenue. These two-story homes range in size from 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths to 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms with 2 car garages. The majority of lots are between 2935 square feet to 4638 so the yard size is not adequate for a private swimming pool. The structures range in size from 1744 to 2323 square feet of living area.

The entrance to the west section of 77 homes is from 112 Avenue with an exit gate to 109th Avenue. Some refer to this section as Doral Garden Lakes since the lakefront homes surround 4 small lakes. The majority of homes are two story ranging in size from 4 bedrooms with 3 baths to 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with 2923 square feet of living area. The one story homes are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 1835 square feet of living area. All the homes were built with 2 car garages.
